Crunchy chocolate chip cookies with almonds!
(About 40 tasty cookies)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
2/3 cups chopped almonds (or any kind of nuts)
1 bag of chocolate chips (I like to chop them a little)
1/ Mix sugars, butter and the egg.
2/ Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt.
3/ Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
4/ Make little round balls (of a table spoon full of dough) and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten the dough slightly with your fingers.
5/ Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Själv skulle jag steka lax till morgondagens sallad, men han bara lägga i smöret, sen brände det och mitt brandlarm gick på nu kl 23.. Sen lagade jag inget mer, gör ett nytt försök imorgon bitti, blev för chockad :) Kram på dej!
