Foccacia, Italian Bread

So it is Friday afternoon and it is pouring down rain outside my windows...It is a perfect day for baking so I am going to make some delicious Foccacia bread. It's a Italian bread with sundried tomatoes, olives and rosemary...
Here is the recipe if you would like to try it!

For the dough:
1 oz dry Yeast (about 8 teaspoons) (or 25 grams fresh yeast)
2,5 cups milk
1.5 teaspoon salt
5 table spoons olive oil
6 cups all purpose flour

Topping:
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt (flakes)
Black olives
Sun dried tomatoes

1/ Mix the dough as normal.
2/ Let dough grow for  about 40 minutes covered with saran rap or towel.

3/ Brush a pan/ cookie sheet with edges with olive oil.
4/ Put the dough in the pan and push/strech it evenly over the pan.
Let it grow for another 30 minutes.

5/ Gently brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and rosemary on top. Cut olives and sundried tomatoes and push them down evenly over the bread. Let bread grow for 10 minutes.
Turn the oven on, 350 F (200 C)
6/ Bake the bread for about 25 minutes.

Enjoy!
